I love how the author blends the physical mechanics of riding with both the biomechanics of physical placement from horse and human perspective and the mental, emotional and even spiritual aspect of how this correctness in body communicates to the horse. It is so well explained how riding and handling with these concepts fosters the magical-spiritual relationship between horse and human.
