I’ve never seen an instructor work with horses in the way that Kate does. I love that she pays attention to the horses’ wellbeing, she always considers how both the horse and handler/ rider are feeling. Kate pays attention to the smallest of details, which at the time I sometimes struggle with… But as you look at the bigger picture you realise that these little details come together and help to create a well-balanced and responsive horse, one that feels OK about life and that you can have fun and enjoyment with. That is after all what it’s all about, isn’t it?
